    Exclamation 3rd Cycle: Deca/TestE/DBol - What can I also run to cut fat?

    Hey guys, Im going into my 3rd cycle, it will be the same as my first 2 cycles, deca and test e with a dbol kickstart. Im sure its ok to do the same thing for a 3rd time right?

    Anyway.. my cycles have been going great, my body explodes with muscle, the only thing i am unhappy with is my stomach, due to all my intake, my stomach always seems to form a small little belly and id really prefer for it to be tight and ripped, i know i have a lot of nice muscles under the fat.

    I eat great, chicken breast, steak, tuna are all my best friends.

    Can i run anything with those 3 things to kill off this fat while not losing any muscle? I have a bunch of clen if that is suitable to use for 2 weeks on/2 weeks off?

    I am also up for doing cardio but i am afraid it will burn my muscle? especially if i do it right when i wake up before eating and right before bed as suggested by pinnacle in his pinned thread.

    What do you guys think?

    How does this sound??

    Weeks 1-4 Dbol
    Weeks 1-10 Deca
    Weeks 1-12 Test E
    Weeks 9-14 Winny (preferably injectable)

    Save the clen for PCT which will start 14 days after last Test E shot and will coincide with last winny day

    Can't help you with doses without knowing your stats and specific goals and doses of prior cycles

    sounds doable and i have about 30ml of qinny injectable too which is good. i am 5'9'', 180lbs, my past 2 cycles have been roughly 400mh deca/week and 500mg test/week and i plan on just doing the same now, i think too much more would flood my receptors.

    Will the winny alone cut the fat? should i work in cardio? if so when? my days off are thurs and sunday - thanks

    The winny at the end will help harden you up and dry you out a bit. How cut you get is ALL dependant on DIET and yes cardio...I personally would not exceed between 45-60 max for cardio
    Cardio is up to you, some do everyday, some EOD, best on empty stomach, first thing in morning but anytime is better than no time if you are looking to get cut.

    ur cycle seems to be bulking not for cutting fat at all even winny will not help u drope any fat

    yes deca and dbol are mostly used for BULKing...this is your 3rd cycle how about trying some tren? however tren isnt for everyone jsut a suggestion....mabey the test deca and winny drop the dbol if ur trying to stick with those compounds with a strict diet u can definatly cut with TEST DECA and WINSTROL......good luck

    the weight in your midsection can be lost by proper diet and cardio.. I wouldnt worry about loosing muscle by doing cardio on a test/deca/dbol cycle..

    So if i do morning cardio with 2 meals between that and when i go to lift, i should drop some fat?

    this cycle has made me consistently huge 2 times in a row so im kinda partial to it for this 3rd time.. just want to make sure the cardio in the morning will be effective throughout?

    yes am cardio will be effective.. eat fairly clean, do the cardio and you will like your results even more..
