Anyway.. my cycles have been going great, my body explodes with muscle, the only thing i am unhappy with is my stomach, due to all my intake, my stomach always seems to form a small little belly and id really prefer for it to be tight and ripped, i know i have a lot of nice muscles under the fat.
I eat great, chicken breast, steak, tuna are all my best friends.
Can i run anything with those 3 things to kill off this fat while not losing any muscle? I have a bunch of clen if that is suitable to use for 2 weeks on/2 weeks off?
I am also up for doing cardio but i am afraid it will burn my muscle? especially if i do it right when i wake up before eating and right before bed as suggested by pinnacle in his pinned thread.
What do you guys think?
