I dont think its really possible. I mean maybe if you are over 200lbs before you ever cycle or you gain a lot of body fat. But 20lbs of muscle mass in any cycle is hard let alone when you have already done a few and hold quite a bit of muscle to begin with.
It's possible if you're relatively new to cycling, diet's good, and dosages are high. But like Bino said, it's still really difficult.
But I'm hoping to do it on my next one

When I was 16 I weighed 165 and when I was 17 I weighed 240. I fully credit endogenous testosterone, HgH, and the like for the success of this cycle.

I did this for 12-16 weeks. When I came off i was 272. Had my carbs around 600 and protien around 350... I looked like a bloated pig...lolololol

It was a wisecrack, see. I gained 75 pounds in one year via endogenous testosterone, HgH, etc, plus a healthy appetite. I also grew 7" taller. That endogenous gear, if you are at the right age, works wonders.Originally Posted by helium3

one thing i found though was with gaining weight that fast, i got very bad growing pains. hard to explain, but i'd get all kinds of pains in my rib area, especially at night in bed. i'd also get odd kinds of pains that would come and go in my muscles as well. not like delayed muscle soreness, but like sharp pains that would come and go. it was harsh. also got some stretch marks under my arms in the process. luckily nowhere else, but nonetheless that's of course a concern when growing that quick. i believe applying certain creams (vitamin e?) can help prevent or at least reduce those.
I'm 260lbs. @ 6'1" and I've only ran M1T. The anabolics come secondary to diet and genetics, IMO.

My last tren/test cycle saw gains of 30lbs, 240 to 270ish. Dropped back down to a maintenance weight of 260ish. It wasn't really a "mass" cycle, I was more after the strength gains.

what about me i am 6'5 240 8-9%bf 19 yo. first cycle will be 10 weeks test e 500mg a week. i will bulk 1 month before, throughout cycle and 2 months after at 7000 cals a day. i should be able to gain 20lbs muscle right?

i kow about it , been studying since i was 16. watched 50 or so while on cycle. not everyday, but saw them regularly. and watched what they did, when they did it, how much at what time.

thats a killer cycle were you using 1.875 grams test e per week for 19 weeks ?? ill probably try 2 grams test soon week soon
i just stick to my 1 g test all the time
