Hey bros what's up?
I've been working out on and off for three years but only since last summer i started eating right and training on a schedule.
I made a 5 week deca,sustanon,winstrol cycle, but right before pct i had a car accident and since then i'm trying to force my way into the gym again.
I haven't made any serious excersise for about 5 months now, but planing on starting a 25(including pct) weeker bulker consisting of
sustanon 500mg/week
deca 400mg/week
winstrol 50mg/eod
I also lost a lot of muscle i was at 182lb with 17-18% bodyfat and i've drop at 155-160lb bf is now around 15-16%.
I know i look terrible, just wanted to get some feedback if i'm in the right way...
