PCT is normally stated as either Nolva 20 mg/day (or even better Proviron) and
Clomid 50mg/ed for 2 wks......or just 50mg/ed of Clomid for 2 wks.

how long did your cycle last?
AAS is not neccessailry the answer. Especially if you havent tried some supps

I agree, theres plenty of ways to increase endurance and strength without weight gain, hell you could try powerlifting for example along with numerous supplements...AAS is not neccessailry the answer. Especially if you havent tried some supps
I would add EQ to increase your RBC count

I did a var only cycle... but only lasted 4 weeks due to injury (planned on 8 weeks)
this is what it looked like
wk 1-8 var 75mg ed
wk 1-8 trib 4g ed
wk 1-4, 9-12 IGF 60mcg ed
wk 9-11 clomid 100mg ed
I was thinking about IGF towards the end/ with pct... maybe i will research a bit more on that.. any tips, articles that helped you come to this desicion?Originally Posted by Consistency

Well, personally I dont have much experience in supps for endurance. Actually I found an ECA helped great when I played hockey my lungs felt light and empty. I felt I could just play for hours and hours. I have a friend who's a Triathelete and he tried something called Thermal Rage I believe. It really helped him in jogging combined with ephedrine, he loved the endurance aspect. Cheap and effective. Im almost certain that something like that will not only help you more but also save you a sh*tload of money You may want to ask in the supps forum.
