    first cycle!!!

    hey guys,
    Im 5'8, 156, eat over 4500 cal a day... been training for well over 2 years.. and i've finally got all the shit i need to start my first cycle...
    so here i go.
    week 1-8 decca at 250
    week 1-10 test e at 400
    week 6-12 winni(oral)

    and clomid 2 weeks after my test e..
    if there is anything i need to hear that can make my pct better, please share your info. and also, i have test prop.. 10 shots of 100mg. i was told by a friend, that i should "bridge" my cycle, from week 10, when i finish my test e. to do the the prop for 2 weeks, till week 12, then do my pct 3 days after... can anyone back this up, or help me out abit lol, thanks alot guys.

    good of you to post before doing anything ...so i commend you on that.The cyc le looks fine and i would add nolva for your pct....you can run the prop everyday for the last 2 weeks....or you can just stay on the testE......wait age please????

    at 156 lbs I think you can gain more naturally w/o juice.. but hey to each his own.. cycle layout looks good

    1st cycle drop the deca and winny.........no need for it,use 1 compound for your 1st and see how you react to it..................

    Test E for 12 weeks, proper pct for first cycle.

    I have seen this on here many, many times. I would listen to them as they are the ones with the knowledge and experience.

    way too much gear for a first cycle, and for someone who's 5'8" and 156lbs. I believe a good cycle for someone your size is food, food, and more food. You say your ingesting >4500cals a day. Well apparently thats not enough if your not growing, simple science tells me that if you consume more then your body can burn that your gonna start to grow in one way or another whether it be fat or muscle, that depends on your training and diet. But if you aren't seeing gains with the amount your consuming now i would say its time to up it, probably just have a really high metabolism.

    Stick with the test e 1-10 and prop 10-12 then pct 3 days after.

    For pct look at nolva/clomid and maybe some clen.

    first cycle should be test only....see how your body reacts to that first befor eyou add any other compounds...also what age are you, i know you are a little short, but your weight seems low also...i hope you are at least 23 years old before you consider any of this, you will do damage to your body and hormones if you are to young, and if you are young then the natural hormones in your body will be better than any you can inject...also adding nolva during the cycle at 20mg a day is a ggod idea and have some for after with the clomid...Also it is not simply a matter of number of calories...you need to be gettin gthe right type of calories and food....also do not use prop to bridge...just run test e for your first cycle....

    Test only for first cycle. 250-500mgs weekly for 10-12 weeks. Follow up with proper PCT.

    well thanks for giving me this info before i started. im 23 by the way, and i eat one hell of alot trust me.. im not a small guy for 158, people say i look atleast 165, its been like that my whole life. so the test E for one whole cycle sounds like better idea. should i start at 250mg a week, then move up to 500mg, a lil more info on that would be kick as guys lol. i got the clomid, and im getting nolva tonite, so i should be set to start on monday.

    run 500mg throughout the 10-12 weeks however long u plan on running it, i would go for the 12 weeks though, and split that dosage up so your injecting 250mg twice a week. Theirs no need to taper up the dosage at the beginning just start at 500mg

    yes save every thing else for next cycle. one compound u will grow like a weed and first time on gear, listen to these guys they know what there talking about

    thx for clearing that up, but my biggest prob is the pct. i take the nolva every second day till the end of my pct. and i take the clomid 14 days after my last shot of test e. sound good?

    there is no need to pyramid your doses just take 1ml/250mg monday morning and 1ml/250mg thursday night....You will see good gains and you will be able to tell how your body reacts to a test cycle alone....Also run 20mg nolva ed then 14 days after your last shot start with the clomid, and more nolva if needed...
