Im 5'8, 156, eat over 4500 cal a day... been training for well over 2 years.. and i've finally got all the shit i need to start my first cycle...
so here i go.
week 1-8 decca at 250
week 1-10 test e at 400
week 6-12 winni(oral)
and clomid 2 weeks after my test e..
if there is anything i need to hear that can make my pct better, please share your info. and also, i have test prop.. 10 shots of 100mg.i was told by a friend, that i should "bridge" my cycle, from week 10, when i finish my test e. to do the the prop for 2 weeks, till week 12, then do my pct 3 days after... can anyone back this up, or help me out abit lol, thanks alot guys.
