    How's your back?!?!

    In a follow up to Zapp's Leg Thread...

    Here's a Back thread.



    I believe that the a fully developed Back is the most impressive bodypart besides a set of shredded wheels.

    It takes alot of hard work and dedication ..blood, sweat, pain and tears to build your Back.

    so if you got one you are proud of... post it!

    Looking at these guys Backs... i see i've got some work to do.

    Both of these guys have the upper back thickness that i need right now





    S.P.G. my waist in the pics you highlighted was somewhere between 22 and 24 inches.

    Back then i was a junior so i never measured anything 'cept my arms lmao!

    Right now i compete with a 25 and 1/2" or 26" waist.

    Offseason is another story tho... i'm a cow then: 30"-32" waist

    Can you say "Got Milk?"

    Hey Narkissos. In reply to your question. Ive been training for about a little over a year now. Nothing to crazy, 3-4 days a week. Just learning the ropes. Have gained some good muscle compared to what I used to be. But havent been able to hit the gym or eat right, for the last two months because of... Moving, Throwing my back out, Dislocated shoulder, Started a new job, and then starting another new job (working two full time jobs). But the end of this month going to start to get serious and then look into some cycles. http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=203093 some more info if your curious. And thanx for the support.

    Heres mine about 5-6 months ago when I was leaner, I jsut started my bulker yesterday though..BTW, I am 6'2" ~235lbs there. I know I have a lot of work to do, but I am still young and chippin' away. I need to add TONS of mass, and plan too . Also my avatar pic is also a back pic obviously, but it was about a year ago.

    BTW, I grew some balls and posted a leg shot in the wheels thread too.

    looknig good bro...lean with good size, what do you think your B/F was at the time.. i think your leaner than me in my pics, i was about 12-15% i think...

    Rough estimate:

    8%-11% If I had to pick, I would say 9%

    BTW, thanks for the compliment, your back is looking great as well.

    I would make a guess at your's, but its hard to tell with the tank top on. From what I can see though I woudl say in the 10-13% range

    thanks for all the compliments, i think my upper back thickness needs work. but overall everyone one this post has some really good points. but will any of us ever really be happy, i know i won't that is why i continue to work and critque myself.

    My skin was indeed really thin that morning, but I was flat.

    Here is a pic of my back double bicep in my tighty whiteys. This pic is around 6 months old. As you can see it is my weakest body part. Alot of people neglect their legs, I always neglected my back until I decided to compete last year. There will be a big difference come this August.
