    Turinabol cycle

    Gonna start a turinabol cycle. What is the best way to do this with just orals. Will go for a 4 or 6 week cycle, but would like some info on dosage size per day. It will be my first cycle bear in mind and my goal is to really pack on some size. Also some info on PCT would be gratefully acknowledged.

    If your goal is to really pack on a lot of size then i'm sure you'll be quite disappointed with the result after an oral t only cycle, regardless of dose. There's no real good ways to pack on a lot of size with orals that you'll be able to keep once the cycle is over. Orals are generally either very light and primarily anabolic, which cause subtle increases in lean mass like ot, var etc. Or they are primarily androgenic, which cause a lot of water retention which generally flushes out of your system within of a few days of cessation of use. Neither of which you're looking for i'm sure.
    What are your stats and why are you not using any injectables?

    Tbol and Var is good together, I wouldn't waste my time with just Tbol though.

    Why no injectables?

    He's stated he is scared on injections. Guys. I dont want to flame him But his diet is crap created a thread on it, didn't take the advice of swole and alot of people. So i went help..

    run it at 60mg/ed for 4-6 weeks.. try takin em at 10mg at the time.

    keep a good diet wit it and ur pct will be 2-4 weeks of nolva at 20mg/ed.

    G funk - i have read your other threads and i think you really need to take note of what people are telling you

    they are telling you not to do an oral only cycle for a good reason
    for a start your diet sucks big time - i doubt you'll gain much, if anything on Tbol with a diet like that.

    have you worked out how much protein/carbs/fat you are getting on a daily basis?
    have u worked out your basic calorie requirement for weight maintenance
    if you are bulking u will need to go around 500 - 1000 kcals over this value
    do u know what this value is?

    these are things you need to be doing before you jump straight into steroids
