    Jail!

This sort of falls under a workout question as well but here goes. I'm in the middle of a cut diet but have to serve a 10 day jail sentence starting on Friday night After Tuesday I'll be on work release and have access to my gym for at least 30 minutes per day. I've heard, however, that it's good for the body to take some time off once in a while and as I haven't in years, I thought I'd take this "opportunity" to do so. Does this seem to be a sound idea? Any other suggestions? Any tips on how to eat both before and after I start work-release? Sorry for the lengthy post but thank you in advance for your input.

When they book you in they usually ask you if your on any special kind of diet. Now I don't know if a bodybuilding diet falls under this category but its worth a shot. What are you in for?

tell them you aren't diagnosed, but you have a hormonal imbalance, and without a certain amount of carbs/proteins/fats you tend to be ill or experience stomach pains along with numbness of your extremeties. hell they won't know any different. give them your ratio and tell them it must be constant, say smaller portions but a constant amount of food...say every 3 hours or so. worth a shot like said above.

Can't believe you got jail time for procurring, thats a little harsh IMO. Unless you have a history of misbehaving.

You misrepsented your age? Are you under 21 and headed to jail? That would suck... leave school with a degree and criminal record You could be a real smart ass and leave with a major in Law with a criminal record... actually Law School is a criminal record, aint it?

Anyway - 10 days won't lead to detraining too bad... just get ready to hit it hard when your free again...

one of my buddies had a list of 3000 jail exercises. you can do countless different types of pushups and dips, especially if you find someone else there to sit on your back. you can also do one-legged squats, or regular squats with someone on your shoulders. you have 10 days, just make up your own workouts, you aint got anything else to do while you're there!
