    NOT HUNGRY....what's up

I'm on the end of my second week and I can't seem to eat much...just not hungry. I was more hungry before the gear...whats up. I'm on 425 sust and 300 deca 1x per week. Please don't tell me to shoot more because this method works well for me. This is my first time with Deca though. I've gained about 4 pounds so far.

You just have to force it down bro. Nothing else you can do. Some light cardio has helped others with there appetite though. Might give it a shot.

Eat smaller but more frequently, seriously worked for me. I can only eat maybe 2-3 large meals a day but 6-8 smaller meals which ends up being about 1800-2300 more cals.

Eat only what your body needs, not a bunch of useless food.

Take it from me, Im huge.

    and fat 18% baby, yea!*

    *not actually excited about this.

I agree with 1buffsob. You need to make yourself eat. Not eating is not giving you fuel to build and repair muscles. It is like putting high performance parts on your car and not giving it gas. You wont get too far.

You are saying that you were hungrier before the cycle. Maybe your body needs to adjust to the gear.

Like said above, eat smaller but more meals throughout the day. I know it can be hard, but sometimes you just have to shove it in.

I usually am not very hungry on either. I have to force myself to eat, unless I throw in some Eq. I eat like crazy on that stuff. Even with a low dose.

This is my first time using eq at a regular dose, and the hunger def. comes pretty quick. My appetite picked up after the first week.

losing your appetite may possibly be a sign of overtraining. have you substantially increased your workout volume since starting the gear? even on gear you can overtrain, and i have done so myself in the past by prematurely increasing my volume before the gear really kicked in. even after it kicks in if you keep the volume too high, you can still go too far and overtrain. at this point, not much of that gear you've taken will have metabolized, so if you've increased your volume already, you may have overtrained. that stuff probably won't kick in substantially for at least another couple weeks.

if you're sure you're not overtraining, then you might want to try using injectable b-12. i know with some people it helps increase appetite. doesn't work for everyone but with how cheap it is, it's worth a shot.

What normally happens when you start a cycle is you increase the food and the appetite is good, but over time which is around 3 weeks (differs in many) the body adapts to the increase food and slows the appetite down this is when you need to try and force yourself past this sticking point with smaller meals or take some b12 1000mcg ED this gives a feeling of well being and increases the appetite greatly in many,

Remember the body adapts in time with anything and when the body realizes that it doesn't need that amount of food it slows the appetite down, its common, dedication and being consistent in what you do will drive you past this sticking point, find what works with you to help the situation.

Yeah that's what I've been doing. I think I'm eating a lot and really need to start keeping record, but I eat mant times in small amount so that may be why I think I'm not eating much. I'm gaining so I must be getting enough.

    Thanks, bro
