Damn, you havent researched thoroughly prior to using this shit!? Thats a bad move man. But since yer already doin it and gaining off 20mg stay on that dose.It dies not need to be changed weekly, just keep a consistant dose.
you should have added injectables with the Dbol. Dbol alone is known to be rather shitty.
But more importantly I hope you have a vast understanding firstly of Weightlifting, diet etc. Without these in place at least to some extent, your "cycle" is going to be more horrible than it already looks like it is.

How long are you gonna run it?
What are your stats AS Bigmax asked?
Age, height, weight, BF%, food intake, training previous cycles?
Can't suggest doses without knowing your history.

Just stick with the first 4-6 weeks of yer cycle with the Dbol @ 20mg.
how are you getting that many cals with only 200g protein?
Save the winny for the last 6 weeks of yer cycle.
are you taking 1ml or 2 of the test300 a week?
Just do a search and change to "titles only" and put it Dbol/dianabol or winny/winstrol etc. You should get a lot of info.
im not looking to get an insane amount of builk that is why proten is that low

dbol for 12 weeks? hmm, seems kinda long. but at 20 mgs a day, im sure im doing worse to my liver with the stack im on right now

weeks 1-4 Dbol 25mg a week
weeks 1-12 test300x2 a week (mon/fri for example)
weeks 6-12 winny (whats the concentration of yer winny?)
