ok guys im an electrician and for the first time in years (im 33) i had to do some cabin wiring. which meant sitting on a stool about the size of a milk crate for hours. i kept feeling my right side and lower back getting tight so i would stand up every 15 or 20 min, but that was slowing us down. so i just toughed it out. this happend a moth or so ago. it seemed i could never straightend alll the way up. hunch back of nortre dame. i took it easy and i could tell i had pain but it seem like i could get by. well this week i was just getting dressed putting socks on i felt something pull and it took me to the floor. it was the same pain on the right side in between the naval and the inside of the hip bone but a little deeper. i went to the emergency room, they pist tested me to rule out kidneys. the doc said i must have pulled the muscles there at the side of my abs. not sure what he called them. he gave me some muscle relaxers and said take it easy. mo pulling, lifting eyc. when i went in there the pain on a 10 scale was like a 12, its been a week and its still an 8.5 or so. should i wait it out some more or go baco to a doctor???? any of you had this??
