    A few pics!

I know there should be more pics but these are all I have at the moment. I haven't cycled for 6 months or so and I am trying to improve my diet for the next 2 months before I cycle again. LOOK AT MY FRIGGIN CALVES...AHHHH, I AM PLAGUED WITH MY FATHERS BIRD LEGS! Anyway, I'm 22, 6'2", 223lbs, BF??? My legs are so small but they are real strong...405x6 squat, 900+ on leg press, but they just won't grow that much! Other than my legs, what should I really target next cycle...from what you can see? I'm hoping to hit about 230 in 2 months by just perfecting my diet and after that is in check I will start.

you think I have enough size to start cutting? I feel like a shaved bird, especially when I look in the mirror! I don't really have a problem with my quads, they are actually doing pretty good seeing that I tore my tendon of my rectus femoris 80% at the origin so now I have like half the muscle left, the rest just died out! But my calves are smaller than my arms when they aren't even flexed!! Oh, and sorry I'm not familiar with Diego Sanchez...

U can cut up, yes, and if you do all you can to retain the lean mass you have you will end up looking great.

Don't be so hard on yourself and the legs, they are actually not bad at all and they match your body very well. Leaning out will make them match that much more, just don't over-diet or over-train.

    Good luck!

Hey guys thanks for the comps. I know I'm a little rough on myself, but I think the mirror plays tricks on me! Anyway, I am trying to do a lean bulk. I'll eat my low GI carbs, except for PWO when I have some whey and dextrose (just starting to try the dextrose, I ordered it last night!), before 5 pm. After that its just meat and veggies, which have a little carbs but nothing like potatoes or pasta. I'll give it about a month to see what it does on my waistline and if I'm cutting up then I will keep it, if not I will do a real cutting cycle.

Oh and is there a reason why I should stay away from milk? I hear that a lot of guys don't drink it because of bloat? Is this true? Because I drink like 2-3 gallons per week!

    Some new pics!!

Well I started to clean my diet up a little and have been eating more frequently. I have lost about 5lbs but in my eyes look a little more solid. What do you think? Oh and what would you estimate my bf to be...I'm thinkin like 15%??? I'm hoping to pack on some seriolus weight this fall when I start another cycle, if everything goes well I told my buddy that i will try a comp. with him in late spring!

Thanks guys for the input! I am sticking with the diet for a little while. I am just trying to eat more frequently and more protein, the carbs haven't changed that much, more the timing of when I eat my carbs. I'm trying not to eat many carbs at night, like after 6pm except for the carbs that are in my veggies! Around the end of August, depending if I feel my body is ready, I will start another cycle of sust 125mgs/day for 14-15 weeks, tren 75-100mgs/day for 12 weeks, and dbol 40-45mgs/day for weeks 1-6. I want to get as lean as I can before I start and I am going to try priming and see how things go!

I am going to pound the crap out of my legs and force them to grow. I have been taking it easy seeing that I tore 80% of the tendon at the origin of my rectus femoris last year! I have about 3/4 of that muscle left, the other 1/4 died off! But it is still as strong as the other leg! Anyway, hopefully they will grow once I really hit them.
