I'm not going to speak about the masteron, seeing that I have never used it. As for the tren, you should do it for a longer period, like 10 weeks. Tren doesn't start to really kick in until 4-6 weeks, so at week 7 you will just be seeing some gains. If you could I would run the prop a little longer too, JMHO.

With that many cycles under your belt, and you are ONLY 190# I would worry more about diet adn food intake than AAS to be honest with you!!! If that is you in the AVY, I think you are more than 7% BF also!!

    How old are you???

Too many times I see guys with too little calories in their bellies. You are either a hard gainer, not getting enough food, or started juice before you had a good natural foundation. But you have a models body so...

That picture in my avy was taken when I was 195, I had a photo shoot last month and cut my weight from the 195 after my 3rd cycle to 185 which is my current weight not 190. Before I started AAS I weighed 165. My Diet was not in check for my first 2 cycles. It was on for my 3rd cycle and I have been on a steady high protien low carb diet for 6 months now.

Well, if you are trying to gain weight, the sentence I hightlighted is your major problem.

I suggest you stop wasting money on AAS and start spending it on quality FOOD !!! check out the diet forum and see if you can find the mistakes in that sentence???????

Hes 19, look at his profile.

I would say stop focusing on AAS and focus on diet. High Protein low carb?

Dont be afraid to eat carbs if you want to gain muscle. Keep fats/carbs seperate and you should be better off.

The AI/SERM combos seem to be overkill from my research. I have recently heard that an AI/SERM combo is not more effective than an AI alone. At the same time, I have heard of people upping the adex if nolva is taken simultaneously, by .25mg to compensate. I have personally not even noticed a difference between nolva during cycle or .5mg adex during and nolva PCT was fine for me. Everyone is somewhat different though, so you will have to really pay attention to what works and what isnt necessary.

Although I have a small amount of knowledge on proper ancilleries and whatnot to include specifically with tren, I have always seen something by the name of "calborgerline" (I most likely misspelled that) included. You should look into this. If im not mistaken, tren is a member of the 19nor group and therefore increases prolactin. Calbergorline will solve this. Also some B6 might help too.

T3 is supposed to help decrease prolactin as well but Im not sure how to properly include it.

I would go 12 weeks but you should still see decent gains with what you have laid out as long as diet *cough cough* is in check and training is great.

    Just my .02

    Good luck.

My age is 22 not 19 to clear that up, my profile was incorrect sry for that. My goals are to get from my current 185 7% BF to 200-205 7-8% BF. And Tai it is not pathetic, This is partially my fault for leaving out a major detail. My weights went as followed Cycle 1- 165-180, Cycle 2- 180-193, Now here is what i left out. After my 2nd cycle I hyper extended a nerve in the right side of my neck which in return atropheed my right trap, and rhomboid tremendously, I was in physical therapy for a year with no weight training and very depressed as many of you know coming off of AAS and then not being able work out on top of it. Partially my fault and partially not, my weight went from the 193-180.

we can all uderstand where you're coming from...BUT we still think you're young to be using AAS!...the weight you want can be acheived thru diet and and hard training.Build a good base then you can plan on a good AAS cycle.

Then after healing my 3rd cycle- 180-195 9% BF, so basically i repeated my 2nd cycle in terms of gains. After that cycle i had a photo shoot and dieted down to 185 6-7% BF. 4 motnhs ago I started this diet and had to switch to the pre-photo shoot diet for 2 months to cut up. My diet is as follows...

Meal 1- 1cup Oatmeal, Cyto Gainer Shake (80g. carb, 54g. Protein), Kantilope.
Meal 2- White meat Chicken breast, 1 cup whole grain Barilla Angel Hair Pasta (Great Stuff, Better than whole wheat)
Meal 3- Muscle Milk Shake (32g. Protein), Apple, 1 tbsp. Flax Oil.
Meal 4- White meat chicken breast, 1 sweet potato.
Meal 5 (Pre-Workout)- Muscle Milk Shake (32g. Protein)
Meal 6 (Post-Workout)- Cyto Gainer Shake (80g. Carb, 54g. Protein)
Meal 7- Chicken Ceaser Salad, 1 cup Cottage Cheese.

Now my pre-photo shoot diet was almost the same but take out all the carbs except for the sweet potato and oatmeal and replace the shake with Isopure Zero Carb Shake (50g. Protein)

    Sry for the Confusion Tai.

That's a pretty shitty diet, no offense. I'd post up your current diet you plan on doing to gain the LBM you're after, in the Diet Forum ofcourse.
As for the cycle I'd say hold off until you are over 200lbs naturally, then start planning it. No need to look that far ahead right now when you have a lot of work right in front of you.

Thats what I meant by a getting a good base....exactly what IBdmfkr just said..get to 200 or so then put it together.I would make that your immediate goal right now to put on as much muscle as possble on your own....trust it will all be worth it at the end.
