Stretch mark infection??

I have a stretch mark on my inner thigh that has gotten a bubble with it looks like puss in it. :/. When I tried to pop it tho I could not. So I stuck a sterile needle in it to maybe help it come out. Nothing came but blood and clear liquid. But it's not subsiding that much at all. Any ideas on what could be causing this???

Its probably either just a pimple or an ingrown hair. Ive had both in the same area there where I have stretch marks too and it had that same appearance.
