If it starts to go red,very sore and becomes raised then got to doc,in the meantime try and massage it a little,its probably just a bit of oil that hasnt dispersed fully.

I injected 1ml of test e yesterday and its pretty sore today but not bad. Would it be a good idea to use a heating pad the day after??
