hi first time on here so...
im gonna do a deca and winny cycle but what gains should i expect.. im intrested in putting on a slight bit of mass , will deca help me do this?
im gonna use winny for cutting.
6 week course
150mg winny/week
200 mg deca/week
also i want my bi's to grow .. i came off a sus cycle 6 week ago .. gains were S**t, mainly my fault coz of diet ? what should be my main aim in regards of diet- high protein low carb?
and how should i train- heavy or light?
