Clen and Ben

Ive been on the ECA stack for about 3 weeks. Im ready to switch to my second clen cycle. My question is can I go directly into the clen cycle with taking Benadryl 100mg a night instead of cleaning the regulators by being off completely for 2 weeks?

When was your last clen cycle. Time on = minimum time off. You need time for your body to recover from using those stimulants.

So the short answer is "no" you can't use benadryl.

ive been off clen for about 6 months. It was the ECA stack that i was worried about.

ECA, like clen, needs to be run two weeks on and two weeks off.

Wait for your body to recover from the ECA, and then run just the clen, or just eca.

It's used on the third weeks of ECA or Clen if the user is running it for six weeks straight. It refreshes the beta receptors.

It's by no means a cure, and does not work for everyone. Best is to do 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.

I ran a Clen cycle, with benadryl, and was more pleased with the 2 on 2 off vs the clen + benadryl for six weeks.

when u rdoing ur 2 on 2 off wat were ur dosages and did u run t3 also did u run bendryl during ur 2 weeks of and how many weeks tatal did u run it

Clen has been working well for me, I am on the 2wks on 2 wks off plan and clen is a miracle worker.
