Question about dht levels

I am on hrt due to low test. No use of gear ever.

Got my follow up bloodwork today. Everything is normal except my DHT is high at 858.6 and normal is 155-553.

I am on 150mg per week of test cyp and 500iu of hcg per week. I will talk it over with my doc but wanted to see what you guys think. What can be done to keep the dht levels down in the normal range?

Take Dutasteride with it man and use Nizoral shampoo, after 1-2 wks using dutasteride at .5mg every day your DHT levels will drop Significantly....

Saw palmetto can lower DHT but not significantly
