Just wanted to give you some input concerning IGF-1 for PCT.
I used 50mcg shot bilateraly in the delts on training days (5 days a week)Pre Workout for 4 weeks alongside my normal PCT.
Pros:
- i did recover pretty well, but i usually do cause i mostly run short cycles. Don't know if anything can be atributed to the IGF-1 here.
- PumpS. They were simply amazing especially if a high carb meal was ingested right before training. Interestingly this effect diminished during the curse of my PCT...![]()
- Localized muscle growth. My delts have gotten bigger in PCT. Already got some postive comments which support my observations. I also gained some weight during PCT approx. 2lbs didn't notice much fat burning properties though.
- Vascularity was slightly up during IGF-1 use.
Cons:
- slight joint pain (wirsts)
- price...![]()
- some lethargy during the day and difficulty gettin out of bed.
Will i use it again:
Well i don't think i will use IGF-1 again for PCT, beacause it comes with a rather heavy price tag and i don't think the results observed are enough for me to invest more in this substance. Moreover there is still some debate by how much Igf-1 causes organ growth and or tumor growth. Don't want to push the envelope to much. Right now i have a really small waist and don't wanna ruin it with a perma gut.
