coming off AAS, HELP

Hi,

I will be doing a SUS/DECA cycle.
SUS@250mg/w and Deca@200mg/w for 8 weeks.

I plan to use Nolvadex e/d, my question is when I finnish the 8 week should I carry on with Nolvadex for another two weeks?
I know that it's not necessary to do it e/d but since it's my first cycle I preffer to be safe than sorry.

first thats a very light cycle
you can do nolvs all the way and beyond but i would not start them from the begining--just if start having problems.
make sure to have clomid and start it 3 weeks after last shot.

Don't bother running the nolvadex unless you start to see signs of gyno. At the doses you are on it's most likely you won't need it, just keep it on hand and start immediately if trouble arrises...

Always keep Nolva on hand, cause you never know.

if you are worried about the sides....then try using arimidex or letrozole (femara)....but at that low of dosages you probably won't need either.

Like the other bros said......don't start the novaldex UNTIL you get signs of gyno...some have stated that novaldex will hinder your gains...and at those dosages you don't want that to happen.

If you end up having to use novaldex thne use it all the way through clomid....IMO i would once i reached clomid i would half the dosage of novaldex and keep running the half dose until clomid is done...JMO.

Good luck! You should yeild some good results as long as everything else is in Check.

Yes, I will be using clomid.
300mg on the first day than 100mg for the 1st week, 2nd week will take it to 50mg ( e/d)

I know that alot of bodybuilders say if you take Nolvadex everyday it will hinder your gains but being a first cycle for me I don't really know what to expect, what if a get gyno and by the time I take Nolvadex it's to late ?

Tapout, you say this is a very light cycle and you're not the first that recommends me to up the doses,But truley being my first cycle how would I know how my body would react ? I mean Im sure, using SUS@250mg/w and Deca@200mg/w should put on me at least 10 kg
or is this not possible at these dosages ?

Tapout I truely don't know what to expect on this cycle I just want to minimize side effects and have a good experience on my first cycle
and shit scared of needles lol.

By the way my stats are :1.73m tall 76kg 3 years natural 10-15%BF
I do eat well 5-6 meals daily but pig out on weekend.
I am just hoping to weigh in close to 90kg.

I was just reading some posts about Deca, and Im worried about the Deca gyno how can you tell when it's starting ? I mean I will be including Sus and Deca both can give Gyno so let's say i start to feel the itch on the nipples and so I start taking Nolvadex but How do I know if it's normal gyno or Deca Gyno ? and how do you protect against Deca Gyno ?

Nolvadex doesn't do shit for Deca gyno.
