dude the needle doesnt feel good to me yet though most say there comes a point when u look forward to it. im in week 2 of a 12 week test cycle and with my limited experience i can say i jab like a dart then push in slow leaving a little needle exposed. and i inject slowly because i have a healthy fear of abcesses.

i would imagine i would get a knot in my shoulder if i did a delt injection. Has that ever happened to anyone? Im stickin my buttcheeks, but isn't a quad or delt supposed to absorb into the body better? =P
