When to take Winny??

Mask is right it should be taken in two separate doses 8-12hrs apart. Those doses are awfully low Mask, are you just reducing SHBG?

i thought 50mg daily was good i read somewhere that 350mg wk is good and that breaks into 50mg daily obviously

Dose is pretty low, but I've been on orals since march and I don't want to over do anything.

alot of people will tell you to take it during the last 4-5 weeks of your cycle, but id rather run it for the entire duration of my cycles
