Well i have ddecided to take a run at IGF pre comp..i had trouble getting a yes or no answer on it, but i got great advice from the guys in here and i will apply that to my current cycle and keep it updated...did my first shot this morning and it was painless and really easy...not sure if site injections work, but i went into my delt this morning...

on stage in 10 days, dont really need to lose any more bf, but i cant hurt. i am hoping to use it to help with filling me out and maybe bringing out more vascularity, and making me a little harder and grainier...
Diet, now everyday it changes but really only my cabrs are going to be lowered and even that is only by 25g-50g and that is all. i know i need to keep my protein high, and it is better to use IGF when bulking or cuttin if you can keep kcal and carbs higher but, it is an effective fat burner, and will help no doubt...
630am---- 40min cardio @ 65%Hr, abs and calves
745am---- 40g protein shake
800am---- 100mcg IGF shot IM all one shot ed
830am---- 10oz turkey, and 75g of carbs from sweet poato, 1 cup brocoli
11am ---- 10oz turkey, 1 cup brocoli
130pm---- 10oz turkey, 75 gram carbs from sweet potato, 1 cup brocoli
400pm---- 10oz turkey, 1 cup brocoli
500pm---- train
630pm---- 40g protein shake
7000pm---- 10oz turkey, 1 cup brocoli
1000pm---- 10 oz turkey, 1 cup brocoli
So there is my diet, and i am still running 100mg tren ed for 2 more days, 100mg winny caps till day of show, letro at .5mg ed, 200mg potassium supplement, vitamin c, b6 & b12...
I will be updating this every morning, after my injection, and i hope to have great things to report soon...please feeel free to ask me anything and if i am doing something wrong please help...all comments are greatly appreciated, and i have pics up in the comp Q&A forum....
