Cycle- Wk1-10: Sust250 500mg Weekly/ Wk1-6: Dbol 40mg ED. I'm doing 2-a-day intense training sessions Mon-Fri: 8-10am (1 hour conditioning/1 hour lifting) and 7-10pm (slower paced lifting). Taking into account that the half-life of injectable dbol is about 3-6 hours, should I split my dbol inj's up to twice-a-day. If so should I inj. before or after workouts?
