    1st cycle in 10 years.

I used AAS 10 years ago for a few years. I recently hooked up with an HRT company so I could legaly get my gear. I technically dont have any HRT issues but because I'm 34 and my test levels are lower i qualify, hey, cant beat that!
I'm 34, 5'8" 198 lbs. in great shape,( id guess between 15-20% BF) decent build, but certainly mot massive. I've been training now for about 20 years. OK... heres the deal, I hooked up with the HRT company and had a blood panel done. my test is 568 with-in a range of 241-827. The company is pretty liberal but conservative on initial dosages. We discussed that I am a body builder etc. What they came up with for starters was this:
    10 weeks:
250mg of Tesy Cyp, once a week
200mg of Deca, once a week
2IU of Somatotropin HGH 5 days a week for 4 months.

I mentioned higher dosages but they wouldnt give for now. They said lets see how your doing then we can make adjustments. I assume they are just covering thier asses. I didnt expect exactlly body building cycles. I'm sure I could squueeze some more out of them as time goes on. From what I have researched it seems 400-500mg of Test per week is an average minimum. And 4IU of GH is the average also. But not really being naturally test deficient for my age......Will this cycle yield some good results? I would love to see at least 10 lbs of lean weight.
    comments suggestions please!

The Test dosage yes. I've seen many users respons very well off of 250mg/wk Test Enan or Test Cyp. The Deca dosage seems a little low though. 400mg/wk seems to be the starting dosage. I think with the correct diet, 10lbs is attainable too.

GH is also good, but, longer may be better. 4-6 months is when the magic happens. Your not going to gain a lot of muscle from the GH though, but should cut you up nicely, though very diet dependant.

I had more or less the same recommendation. When I mentioned about upping the dose higher, they sounded like I was nuts. They said the dose they are prescribing is a good dose for muscle building. I am going to give the low dose a shot and see how it goes.

Now the hgh dose is low. I am taking 4 iu and I don't think that is enough for muscle gain.

well, as Swift mentioned, you need to run the Gh for some time, to get/see the real benefits from it...i've seen studies where 200mg of deca has been effective, but didn't give much background on the subjects, you know, whether or not they were bodybuilders/experienced athletes, etc...anyhow, yeah, i think you'll be quite pleased with that, especially since you've been off for so long, and i'm sure now that you're a little older, making gains has become a little bit more of a task (i know it is for me, at 30, than 22 )...off topic question though...is your insurance covering that? mostly asking about the Gh

Thanks guys. I feel a bit better knowing that I will gain something decent. After this cycle I'll complain that I didnt see much and hopefully get a higher dosage for next time.
Yeah, 2IU, I have feeling is going to be a waste of time too. I think I got "sold" good on that one. I didnt do enough research first. Live and learn. I think the HRT consultant makes a commision because he really pushed the GH. Being much more money he made out good. And I'm sure he'll pitch that I'll need more after 4 months to see any results!
My insurance isnt the best and I didnt bother asking them. I'm self employed and provide my own insurance. I'll be able to write off the HRT expenses at the end of the year!
