Wink Feeling like an onion (peeling off)

If you are ready this Tommy Gunn please take notes.

I am going on my six year fighting back pain, and have been everywhere.

Has of now i have finally been lucky and found a good osteopath thanks to Doc Sust that advise me to consult and try different approach.

Has i have been explained last night it takes time for an injury to healh and the longer you have it to longer it takes.

My pain has gone from better to worst, and i have add my first deep cranial ostopathy treatment last night, she really worked my head from every angle and it hurt like hell but today i can say i see a difference. I felt the pain in my forehead and must say that i add some damn nagging neck pains.

She told me that it can take at least a year to fully recover and that is a big word cause i been told that i will always have a weakness in the back since its been going on for so long.

Since i just cant kill my love for weight training, i tought i switch to bootcamp and other bodyweight exercises but i miss lifting weight too much.

I bought some of there supplements at loblaws and found the website, i am currently doing there training program which i find awsome, there are no legs program right now but i try to do mine following there principle.

Feeling like an onion pertty much means that your peeling off the skin each session and going deeper and deeper, if the pain comes back then there is something else that has not been done.

Getting back in the gym was fun but i always have to use my head and not go crazy with the weights.

My bench press is 135 pounds and i am keeping it there for a while i can do my 10 reps with it and if i concentrate i get a very good workout using this weight.

I also use the chin up station i lift myself 10 times but i still need to use the pad to help me and put 100 pounds but i am doing it.

I asked her when i train and the pain comes back if i sort of undo all she did in the treatment, she told me that nothing was undone has long has i didnt over did it.

You need to remember that you dont want to re-injure yourself cause this slows down recovery even more.

Good luck to everyone in rehab guys we are at war with our damn injury but i am sure that there is a damn way to beat this.
