Is clen right for my friend? Please throw in your 2 cents!!

My friend is 5'8" and 230 lbs. He is wanting to know if clen is right for him? I told him it does help in losing weight, but he needs to combine it with cardio and a good diet. Attached are some pictures. Also, in terms of a diet, I know a lot fo people will suggest a cutting diet, but he is cominf off of eating a poor diet, so I don;'t think he will be able to stay dedicated enough to one, so I was thinking maybe a "public weight loss diet" would be appropriate ( just calorie management mostly)...if that makes sense. Let me know your thoughts...also, would he need T3 or not, I dunno how to tell if one should ude it or not. Thanks

At this point....IMO....clen isn't even an option. Tell him to stick with a clean diet and incorporate a rigous cardio routine in with his weight training. Burn off as much BF as possible naturally before even thinking of starting a clen cycle. I would not suggest T3 either. An OTC thermogenic may be of some benefit.

    2 questions from me here:

    1. Why do you have pics of your "friend"?
    2. Why doesn't your "friend" get a computer and do his own research?

After that, my opinion would be that he wouldn't benefit from the Clen at this point. Tell your lazy friend to get off his big fat ass and do some cardio instead of trying to take a shortcut.

    1. I have pics of my friend cause he asked me to take them and post them, he knows I post on the forum so he asked that I post his pics to get helpful comments from users who know more than we both do. Trust me, I'm no creeper, he asked me to take the pics and post them.

2.He has tried doin some research, but wanted to know what others thought, since I belong to the forum, he just asked if I could talk to the guys on here.

DC, he isnt trying to "take a short cut", he's getting on a diet and doing cardio, its not like he is living the same lifestyle and asking about clen, he is 40+ lbs over weight and wants extra help. Just cause someone wants to add clen to their regimen dosent make them lazy, I'm sure alot of users here will attest to that.
