The no-flush niacin does not do this but is not as effective as the regular stuff. Several studies have shown that Niacin is the best for lowering total cholesterol and raising good cholesterol while lowering bad cholesterol. I have been taking niacin for about a year. I have spoken with several cardiologists and they agree that this is some kick-ass stuff.
