Thread: Bodybuilding n00b

    Thumbs down Bodybuilding n00b

    The name is mike, and im 19 years old.. Im in college now, and still the size of a twig. I remember this kid in my highschool who was tiny like me, and i saw him a little while ago, he is pretty big. He told me he was taking D-bol. Ive done very little research about it, and ive found a similar product called naposim. I have lifted weights on a regular basis for about a year. Ive done push ups on a regular basis for about a year as well. When i say "regular basis" i mean about 15 minutes every other day. Probably not a lot to you real muscle builders. Anywho, im stumped on what i should do. I do not have a fear of needles, and i dont know where to buy any legit products. Any advice would be extremely appreciated.

    Stick around and and post your deit up in the deit forum and your work out routine in the work out forum those to places can and will make a world of diference in your body if you take there advice.At 19you have plenty of natty test in your body to reach your goal's you just need the knowledge on how to take full advantege of it.

    Please Please do not do any aas at 19 take my advice and check out those two forum's you will be glad you did trust me

    i appreciate the advice, but i have an extremely fast metabolism and anything i eat even if it is extremely healthy, comes out of me within hours. that is why i am here trying to get some useful info on what i should do steroid-wise.

    Hellmask, i have been told this by a lot of people. Normally i am open-minded and soak in the info. But i have tried that. And i promise you, i cant gain weight normally, so i need to take some sort of drug to do it for me. I am just trying to find out what that drug is.

    okay before we give you aas advice do us a favour and post both your diet in the diet forum and your training in the workout/training forum okay?

    if its all in good proper order and you really do follow it then maybe we can continue to talk about this aas cycle for you. If not then dont waste no more time bro.

    not trying to be a dick at all, but this is a little ridiculous, cant gain wait, dud you workout as much in a full week as must of us do in a single workout

    get a good workout regimine and a good diet. if you dont see great results in 6 months, then come back and maybe people will be more inclined to help

    Well as i said before, roughly 15 minutes every other day weightlifting. I also do about 50 push ups every other day. I can do more, but i dont want to over-exert myself. I was up to 85 push-ups in 2 minutes when i was in the air force.

    I eat anything and everything. I avoid soda pop, mostly drink water and juice. I eat a lot of subway with extra meat, or a place called Togo's (similar to subway but a lot more meat).

    You can't even lift weights and diet!!!

    Let me fill you in brah you don't just take steriods and BOOOOOOOM your huge you still have to diet and work your ass off. On and off roids doesn't just happen by sticking yourself brother!!!

    Now we're done being negative here just listen if you want to be huge, soak this up post you diet and work out plan and we'll (or just myself) fix what it needs and give that a try (couples months) and if it doesn't work we'll talk about other route. Now if can't do this maybe bodybuilding is not for you.

    dude go look at the diet and training thread. follow a nice bulking sticky diet out and i promise you, you will gain like a bitch!!

    this crappy diet is not getting you anywhere.

    you need research not aas and some self confidence and discipline.

    Brother do you think we got huge by lifting 15 mins every other day. It takes me 45 mins to do 1 body part. If you had aas right now it wouldn't do crap for you cause your just lifting 15 mins

Look you lil cum bucket, if you want our advice and you just throw it out the window then this thread is pointless. You don't have enough training experience. You don't have enough common sense.     rest asure u havent tried that try taking in 4500 calories a day for 10 weeks consistantly then tell me you have tried that.
    i was the same way and i dont recommend this but u know what i did to put on weight before aas.i would eat 3 double cheese burgers before the gym every day and 2 after words i did this for about to months and put on about 15 lbs without juice(didnt feel to good tho)but that is a shitty way to do it try taking in 4000 calories a day for start and then get back to the ? should i and if i .and know talking dbol by itself is extremly stupid

    This kid is typical of today's teens. They want a quick fix and not work for anything. I see this all the time. Call it unmotivated, lazy or inpatient - whatever, but it still boils down to what will soon become a huge fing problem for the US - no work ethic.

    I have a relative and he plus all his friends have a similar attitude. I want it now, but don't want to plan or work for it. They are 18-19. I've taken he and some of his buddies to the gym since they showed interest in getting bigger. As soon as you introduce weights and progessive heavier training, they go through the motions and show no interest whatsoever in learning how to grow. "Oh, this is hard man. I'm not up for this shit" is what I hear. It is sad.

    Now, combine that with their horrible diets and you quickly se why they have no motivation and are unfit. Sprinkle in the teenage weed and alcohol use and now you have the total picture. Whatever happened to bro's lifting and shooting hoops dring the summer? Times have changed. This guy who wants gear is just another "quick-fix" teenager.

    A guy at the gym said the exact same thing to me... heres roughly how it went...


    Guy: No matter what I eat I just cant seem to put on muscle

    First of all, you need to change your diet. Second, doing push ups and sit ups 15 mins eod ain't gonna do sh-- for you. You need to put in at least 3500-4000 quality cals in ya per day and you need to go join a gym so you can push them heavy weights like the rest of us. Do this for about 3 years and then come back and do your research on AAS.

    im just kidding with you man but you definetly need to workout really hard and the "i have a fast metabolism...." thats BS if you ate and lifted like us youd make "Steroid gains" naturally people will most likely ask if youre juicing just show a little dedication and get huge...naturally!!
