    Hey bro,

dont mean to sound harsh but your diet seems all over the place

    1. your stats?
    2. You have way too many shakes in your diet
    3. You can cut down on the number or meals to 6 or 7 (see statement 2)
    4. You have poor carb intake PWO and PPWO
    5. You do not have enough good fat/EFAs and fiber in your diet (from nuts, greens, olive oil etc..)
    6. You are eating way too much carbs pre workout and too less post-workout

You need to create a better program bro IMHO,

    cheers

I used to take maltodextrin after my workout, but I used to bloat. I am really sensitive for carbs. Is it good if I switch to oats intead of the banana PWO?

with pro carb meal... do I need to replace with pro fat?

    thanks guys

that's not a bad thing is it? After all, nutirents/glucose/water is being shuttled into your muscles..and the bloat goes away in a few hrs...why not try dextrose instead? Putting oats in PWO is not a good idea...why would you slow down nutrient delivery to your muscles with low GI carbs when your body needs it the most? Yes, and change some of your pre-workout meals to pro/fat and cut out some shakes...you're having way too much of them IMHO..

    cheers

thanks, i will buy some dextrose today.

the problem about too many shakes is that I eat every 2 hours, and have been so for the last 2 years. If I do not eat at that time i get very hungry.
I would replace them for some solid food but my boss is already very leniant about me eating all day. But I read somwhere that you can take up to 3 protein shakes per day.

    THanks

bolin, i understand the job situation bro. just by calc. i counted 2230 cals excluding meal 8. according to fitday.com 8oz of lean steak cooked is around 450cal. that would put you at 2680cals. i think that this is too high for cutting. i would drop down to around 2300.

I think the shakes are ok.. you could replace 1 with some real food, but nothing to go crazy about if you cant..
