Var is very mild, so i wld bet it's anxiety.... unless u are taking an obscene dosage of var ed....

you sure it's var and not some kinda ECA / ECY / Clen type thing ?? co they can often do that to your heart rate - never experienced it with var tho

Never had any problem with my heart on Var...even though I'm prone at times to sporadic heart beats
