    Sushi with brown rice?

I know that sushi with white rice can be hi in carbs, fats,GI. But what if i have it post workout with brown rice? I realy want to stick to my cutting diet and there is no space for big cheating so i was looking for something that i could wake up the next day no feeling shitty about.....Mostly because i know if i eat sushi its way better than any other cheat meal i can think of, and will keep me sain....

Depends on which kind of sushi your getting. Most are going to have protein, fat and carbs reguardless though unless you specify. Maybe a tuna roll with brown rice and no avacacdo or spicy sauce would work but I'm not sure. I leave the sushi for cheat meals since I eat 1,000 cals of it in one sitting!

go get sushi-grade tuna or salmon and eat it raw with some low-sodium soy sauce - just like sashimi, in fact by definition it is! you can get it at many grocery stores.

well i when i go i eat 2 freanch roll, 1 spyder roll, 1 caterpiler roll and 5 pieces of Kani. I eat this between me and my girlfriend so i dont think it is much. This is going to be for my cheat meal on sunday, so what i think am going to do is start off with a tuna tataki and a salad (which it just seared tuna with soy sauce, And salad with ginger dressing) and finish with 1 roll made of brown rice. that should keep my fats, carbs, and GI low

brown rice, white rice, same thing. Most people on here use white rice. I go with brown, but mix it up every now and then. pwo should be fine with the rice, go sashimi all other times. Tuna sashimi is great!!!!!!!!

The only problem with eating sushi with white or brown rice is that they use a pretty good amount of rice and say you use a cup or 3/4 of a cup post workout you dont really know how much you are getting. Save it for a cheat day if you are cutting or go with a white colored fish for sashimi and have a small bowl of rice w it
