    T3 vs. Clen

    I'm about to start my second cycle, and would like to add a fat burner in to drop a few percentage of body fat. Currently I am right at 12%, and would like to get below 10%. My question is, what fat burner should I use that will impact my cycle the least? I am still want to bulk up a bit, so I don't want to take something that will impair me to the point that I don't gain any muscle.

    Any suggestions?

    If you're cycling properly, none of them will impair you. This is due primarily to aas's anti-catabolic nature.

    By cycling, are you referring to the AAS cycle, or the fat burner?

    you don't bulk and lose fat at the same time. you do one or the other. to cut, you have to lower your caloric intake and increase your cardio. to bulk, you need to increase your calories and intensity in the gym. the two don't go hand and hand.

    you need to decide which one is more important to you. taking some clen or t3 during a cycle will not help you cut up if you're trying to bulk. if anything, clen would just hinder your gains. t3 in small doses helps some people actually put on more muscle mass while on a cycle, but then you have to increase your calories even more.

    so how do you expect to keep your calories high enough to put on muscle mass while at the same time low enough that your body needs to burn bodyfat for energy? answer is you can't.

    at 12%bf, i'd lower my bf a bit before doing another cycle if i were you. bf is where gear aromatizes, so the more bf you have, the more aromatization will occur and the less results you'll get from your gear.

    Why not run both T3 and Clen?

    I actually want to run the T3/Clen without doing a cycle, but I was told that it would burn up my mass as well, and it was recommended to do it while on a cycle to eliminate that. Honestly, I would prefer to just run the fat burning cycle before my next cycle. Think that is the best way to go?

    Any time you cut, you are going to lose some mass. Just goes with the territory. Definitely drop your BF before you start your next cycle.
