How long till you can inject in the same spot?

going on 5th week of prop . I usally inject shoulders , then thighs . This has been giving me every 4 days . But this shit hurts my legs and I cant take it anymore , shoulders are no problem .

I tried tris...omg the pain , everywhere else seems so sensitive .

So how long do I have to wait , I'd hit a shoulder every other day if I can , if not I guess I suck it up .

    (ED injections )

Same question, what about the glutes? too much scar tissue back there? Have your g/f or whoever really work the area out in your shoulder, if you are hitting your delts in the side try hitting the rear delt on the next rotation, if you can't reach it have someone hit it for you.

Dont hit the same injection site more than once per wk - you should be using 6 sites so there would be no problem with the above method,

Rotating injection sites will also keep you from building scar tissue

I tried the glutes before , thier worse than thighs . I work heavy construction , legs and glutes are somthing I just can't deal with for work . No scar tissue that I've noticed . Only 3rd cycle , and thew other 2 were 2 shots a week .

My wife wont shoot me , I'm pretty much on my own for shots . I have no problems with needles , just I need to bend and squat down alot at work , so legs just cant happen .

Guess I'm gonna try pecs and bis , they just seem like a freaky spot to be poking .

Other than scar tissue , why must you only shoot 1 spot once a week? Will the oils build up , hurt somthing ? I'm not saying im going to shoot the same spot every day.....but I would like to know why you can't .

btw , just did first lat shot , see how that goes
    Thx bros

Watch out for bis injection..too many people claim that it's really painfull. you scared the shit out of me man when you said that you got pain in the tris. I just did my first one 1/2 hr ago, and good so far. any way prop is realy painfull. what r u using along with it. If decca or Eq, mix them up and you have no pain. Btw, I'm mixing my winny with Eq, and shooting it twice a day with no problem...IMO..Good luck

You can shot 3 different place in your quads. Top,middle and bottom of your quads. Delts you have 3 heads you can hit too.

Granted that this is still injecting in the same muscle you are not shooting in the same spot so scare tissue should not be a problem.

Bottom of the quads is a bad idea. It's too close to the knee. I injected my thighs towards the bottom once and my knees began to swell up and I was in so much pain that I was limping for a good week. Learned my lesson.

Ouch is right. When I shoot into my quads, I go for the upper quadrant, that way my knee don't swell up but I still limp a little which is ok.

What I consider bottom of the quad is probably what you would call middle.
I kind of split up the quad into 3 areas, and the bottom of that is a little lower then the middle. Usually dont inject there.
    My normals rotation would be:
    left delt
    right delt
    left glute
    right glute
    left quad
    right quad.

Then within those spots I try not to hit the same one every time.
Usually use 2 spots in each part.

My wife is a nurse and has done tens of thousand injects so I am pretty luck.

When I injected into the bottom part of my quad that one time, it was about 3-4 inches above my knee. Maybe it was too low. Oh well, now when I shoot quads, I shoot higher so it's all good. Live and learn I suppose.
