Yeah, besides-music changes, bump some of the real old threads and you might see some Motley Crue in there-new threads on this are good IMO.

As far as what I listen to, my Ipod has pretty much everything from a little classic ozzy, to eminem, 50 cent, Jay Z, Blink 182 and even a little country-pretty much whatever gets my blood moving.

i like to listen to some celine dion, britney spears, mariah carey while working out
i dont like to lift heavy because i dont wanna get too big... thats disgusting

really i would LIKE to listen to heavy metal... but my gym plays RnB and hip hop. The songs arent even fast so
my preferences would be iron maiden ,iced earth, metallica, anythin fast and heavy, bascially

Ya, I like them for getting pumped while lifting, then I switch to trance for cardio and just focus on the beat. Some tiesto, ian van dahl, armin van buuren, paul van dyke, oakenfold, carl cox etc. They definitly make cardio go by a lot quicker especially since a lot of their tunes are 8min+.
