Is there any major diff. between light tuna and solid white tuna besides 2 grams less protein? i can definitly eat the light tuna alot better and it goes down easier

i think the solid white tasts better.. but i dont think their is any real differences in the two!
get chunk light, the solid is too dry and hard to eat. 1 little can (6oz) of chunk light in water has 32 grams of protein. I'm actually eating one right now, and I'm gong to follow it with a can of Premium Chunk White Chicken, mmm![]()
Chunk light tuna looks disgusting, I will only eat solid white albacore.
Chunk light looks like it has fish eyes/dick/ass in it.
Gross.

yeah, it looks like solid white tuna that someone chewed up and spit out - but I like itOriginally Posted by SwoleCat

chunk light has a fraction of the mercury that white albacore does. and light is cheaper and, i think, easier to eat by itself but if im mixing with mayo i definitely use solid white...but i barely ever do that
i dont' think there's much of a difference. i down them both even though i'm not particularly keen on tuna...but it's quick, light and lots of protein.
Damn Rich SC albacore is expenive shit.. Flaked for me or light .59cOriginally Posted by SwoleCat
