I figured up my maint cals a long time ago but i think that i may have done it wrong. first it asks if you are:
-sedentary
-lightly active
-moderately active
-very active
-extra active
lets say i have a job where i sit in a trailer on a job site most of the day and some of the day i am out walking from house to house in the florida heat. i work out about 3 days a week for about 1-1.5 hrs, pretty hard. i dont know how active this makes me. i never do cardio...im a hardgainer but thats another story. if u can help me out i would appreciate it, thanks
