Does anyone happen to know of any good gyms to train at in or around Arlington Heights IL? I'll be there for a couple of days early next month and hate to miss workouts. Thanks. Mark

only thing i know is a world gym out in palantine, never been there only know of it because i was looking for one close to me for the summer.

There is a Lifetime in Schaumburg (which is about 15-20 mins south) that's off the mofo hook, probably one of the biggest in the country.
