GO with 500iu ed for 3 weeks. Anthony Roberts reasoned out why this would be best and I am actually doing it now and its going well. I know others who have done 3 weeks as well before with good results, dont want to use it too long though, so 3 weeks is perfect and just let nolva go a couple weeks longer.
