    this site i was on had 1000mcg/ml. something doesnt seem right. what is a common mg/ml?

    I used 500mcg ed for awhile, now I just hit 1000mcg ew.

    My b-12 come in a 30 ML vial that is 1000mcg/ml

    You can take too much so becareful. I don't have the nubers in front of me right now but i will look for them and post them here

    1000mcg = 1mg

    i wouldn't worry about too much. there are studies that go up to 5000mcg eod without any health issues whatsoever. our bodies just tend to flush out the excess.

    as far as how much to take, if you're talking intramuscular, 1000mcg/week is typically sufficient. personally, i do double that cause it certainly won't hurt and if anything will help.

    Is your b-12 time release? I use a time release version and shoot 1000 mcg eod. Good Luck!
