    just bought my new prtein/carb powder 1500 cals per serving . jesus christ monkey balls it will be calorietastic!

    its made by atlas and is called super weight gainer,doesnt look top quality but sounds good on the bucket.@5kg and £35 or 50$ ish not bad me thinks.

    284grams powder in 6 scoops gives you 100grams protein 184grams carbs 4 grams fat(medium tryglicerides)1500 cals with milk or slightly less with water.

    ugh i love the summer and cutting down, but im really looking forward to bulking this fall. im determined to blast through to 230lbs.

    You guys actually use weight gainers with servings the size of that? That's insane I didn't even think your body could properly absord that much...

    But then again I'm still under 200lbs so what do i know

    im using mammoth 2500 right now, per serving (4 scoops) it has 55g protein, cant remember the carb ratio, or the fat ratio, but it is pretty low in fat for a weightgainer. with milk it equates to just shy of 1,400 kcals. i have 2 servingsper day, split into about 3-4 drinks between my regular meals. yours sounds good bro, im enjoying this bulking lark, as i havent done it quite like this before. looking forward to cutting also as ive never done that before either

    you got it! doesnt take a brain surgeon to alter what and how much protein you want to take in.if i were cutting i wouldnt use it,right now i have less than the recommended dose.

    i dont use that much in a a weight gainer. i think that most of the servings ive seen are around 600-700 cals. Im gonna go with 2 of those shakes per day give you 1200-1400cals plus pwo shake which is another 500 cals. with all the whole food i eat it wont be a problem to blast through 4000cals.

    f'ck. i am actually on my way this morning to get some type of super duper mass gainer myself. I am bulking very clean, but think i need more calories and my jaw already hurts from processing food all day long.

    at 5'9 when cycle is complete i want to hit 195-200lbs with 12-13% bf. i still have 2 months to go

    just picked one up today (muscletech $39.00), did not find anything extreme like the one above, but got one that has 1000 cals with milk (five scoops) and also picked up Muscle Milk as well contains about 640 cals. I dunno, with me bulking i now want to be over 200lbs @13bf. @ 5'9.
    Solid food i still rely on heavily and composed of 85% of my diet.

    I just added ON's pro complex gainer and i love it 600 cals one scoops 55 protein couple grams fat and rest carbs.4 gs from sugar. need it cause of my job. I woke at 172 pounds today. thats 6 more than 3 weeks ago im also using creatine , nitrix, trib, l dex, and a variety of different proteins
