    serious topic *Angiogenesis*

I think we need a section on AR dedicated to Angiogenesis*blood vessel growth* and vascular care.

There are over more then 20 known angiogenec compounds that create new blood vessels, why is it that we never hear bodybuilders talk about these? You always here things like argitine for blood vessel dialation, but things like leptin stimulate completly new vessel growth branched off of previous vessels where argitine does not.

Now most bodybuilders want vascularity and the more vains showing the better, so could we have a section dedicated to vascular devleopment?

If any of you aprove show your support by posting.

I dont think there is any strategy or supplement that will significantly increase vascularity...... It all comes with Muscle maturity, cuts and genetics

argenine etc helps but only to a limited extent

    my opinion anyways.

VEGF - VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL GROWTH FACTOR, hormone that controls vessel growth. The proven stimulators of this hormone show its effect on the vascular system.

2-4 drinks daily fuels blood vessel growth, significant increase in VEGF is responsible for this.

Nicotine is also shown to increase VEGF. This is mainly why smoking causes cancer. All the toxic poisn in the cigs start small tumors and the nicotine brings the blood vessels to feed them and help growth.

Exersize also increase angiogenisis due to deprivation of oxygen from the cells, alcohol has the same effect on the cells.
