I was doing fairly high weight of dumbbell hammer curls and all of a sudden my back muscles cramped up. I had severe troubles breathing and could barely walk straight. After about 10 minutes I was able to work out again but my back was in so much pain. I came home that night, massaged the shit out of it and iced it down..the next morning the pain was even worse, and it became ridiculously swollen. Anyway had this problem in the past? And if so, how did you treat it?
