Just wandering what you guys think and how to fix my problem. Recently (unknown how) I seem to have strained or pulled the right side of my groin. Whenever i do squats or anything that involves using it with just about any type of resistance it hurts. Its something I could work through but i would much rather not push it, since it's probably something that needs to heal. Its been like this for 6 weeks now. At first i though I could do some light strecthing and very low weights on a press machine (45lbs total) now I have worked my weight up to sqating just myself ( no bar or anything). But still when i use it I can feel the strain there and I'm not sure it seems to really be getting better. Is there any way to speed this up and should I stop totaly from using it during any type of training?
