    new and need help

    I am planning to start a stack cycle soon. I have not started anything yet. i have been doing my reading. i am looking to bulk up mostly but also shed some body fat. i am 6'2", 200 lbs, and have been working out for 4 or 5 years. I am looking at Winn-v, D-bolon, and Deca-50 stacked for 6 weeks. any suggestions of what to do or not to do would be great thanks

    Man for a first cycle you dont need all that stuff. You are much better off going for a 12 week cycle of Test Enanthate of Cyrpionate. Keep it simple first time and you should get good gains as long as your Diet is dialled in.

    How old are you ? Gains are individual, anything from 5lbs to 30lbs, it depends on a lot of things, good diet, good workout etc

    So I would expect at least 10lbs probably more, depending oin what you mean by good diet. You need at least 3000 calories a day and 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight per day.

    not quite enough calories but plenty of protein

    so the 3 that i listed are not as good for the first cycle but are they good in a combo like that later on?

    Yes keep them for a later cycle
