after having a few discussions about roids in these 2 kinds of sport i decided not to take anything like that.
therefore i'd like to know what i can take to get ore strength etc.

i'm taking proteins (1.5-2 g/kg) everyday.

what do you think about creatin (for getting faster [Fast-Twitch]) ? If its good how much should i take...?
