Swole, your arms are friggin' retarded man. Look like you put on some weight (in a good way!!!!) Your shredded but look bigger (is that possible?)than in previous pics. Could just be that you are shredded and "look" bigger. Mad props bro!

I did gain size, yes. I used to be cut/ripped at 220 or so, now I'll be 235 for my new modeling pics, with added size.

We shall see how they turn out at my shoot.

But give me a few. As of Tuesday I am working with ProEdge. Victor Martinez trainer. He's sending me to a nutritionist and a masseuse who does deep tissue tearing or some crap. He said it will help me grow faster. Victor does it so hell, I'll do it to.

That sounds great carlos...I think you will be suprised at the gains you make while having nutritional consultation year around. Those gurus have you where everything you put in your mouth is for a reason and have seen some of them bring guys looking like a different person to the stage eyar after year with new mass. Good luck. And yes, you need professional pics...I am sick of looking at the cell phone pics of different bodyparts by themselves..lol You look great though brotha
