Hello,

My upcomming cycle includes D-BOL this time and I have no experience with it at all. I have one remaining question and it concern the dosage.

I am supposed to take 30mg a day for 30 days.

Am I supposed to take them all at once or spread out through the day?

Any help would be greatly apprecieated!

You want to spread out your dosage. You're only using d-bol? Or you're just using it for the first 30 days of your cycle?

From what ive read your supposed to take them every 2-3 hours.What else are you taking in your cycle?

Thanks for the advice! Test-E is my other dance partner and yes the D-BOL will be run only for the first 30 days of a 12 week excursion.

Sounds good. Ideally it should be done every few hours as mentioned or at least 3 times a day minimum for proper blood stability.
