Yeah they suck, and take a LONG time to heal at LEAST 8months. But eh y can build back stronger just dont take anything that makes them brittle otherwise your looking to mess another one up.

    dont ever do winny

also deca may help your joints and afluptop should help you heal. my knee was never irritated lifting or wrestling when i was on deca but now that im off it kills. afluptop is supposed to be mroe permanent (it isnt a steroid its for healing joints but its injectable and comes in amps)
i had my maniscus put back together 6 months ago and i just ordered some afluptop i have read fantastic things about it.

deca seems to be a good compound for a first post-injury cycle... it REALLY lubricates the joints and helps is shock absorbency.... my friend had a rotator cuff injury (that can take yrs to heal, if at all) and couldn't to any shoulder exercises with respectable weights..when he took deca, he managed to work himself up to a pretty decent weight although he still had to be very careful about going too heavy...but alas, I am no expert and stand corrected, I am sure the VETS can give better feedback

I tore my right pec tendon completely and had surgery to reattch it. I wouldn't of normally done this but I was under the gun time wise. It happen during the spring and I had to have it heal before the fall for the upcoming football season. In no way did I just want it healed, I wanted to be 100% or better, i didn't want to lose my starting position. So I had the surgery at the end of March started AS cycle in May. I was lifting lightly in June, lifting pretty good in July, and by the time Aug rolled around I felt dam good. Doc's said 3 months before I could do anything and 6 months min till a full recovery. I had the surgery pretty much in April gave it 2 months to heal started rehab/lifting lightly after 2 months. By month 3 I was lifting pretty good but still caustious. At month 4 I was hitting it pretty hard and by month 5 I was feeling better then I did before the injury. I would have to say AS helped me recover faster, but it was risky at anytime I could of got hurt again.

Football ment to world to me and I would do the samething all over again. But I would not recommend this to someone who has plenty time to heal and is not playing a sport or competeing for something.

Deca will increase collegen synthesis. A cycle of Test and Deca would really do the trick - only if you are n't a competitive athlete though.
