    new pics from today....

    ok guys, some new pics taken today. none of the legs, as the sole reason i took these pics was for promotional work regarding my next wrestling match. plus, my wheels are lagging. improved greatly, but still nothing special. anywho, this is about 8 weeks into my bulking cycle, eating 5000kcals every day, so am holding alittle more fat and likely water than i would like. i have about 4 weeks left then i shall start cutting. i know, i got it the wrong way round, i should have cut FOR summer, not afterwards.

    im 21 years old, 5'9, just under 200lbs right now. id estimate my bodyfat at 15-18%. any guesses at my bodyfat here would be much appreciated.

    id say my strengths are shoulders, back and chest. my abs suck, but like i said, am alittle fat. my arms are pretty poor, especially forearms. all is being worked on ofcourse

    Good base my man - nice thickness.
    And I think you'll bring up those other areas in no time.

    The first picture makes me want to say 20% on the bodyfat.
    Not being harsh - just what I see in that picture.

    no worries dude, thats why i posted them here so i could get a wide scope of opinions. thats why i love this site! after the bulking is over i want to get down to 8-10% over the rest of the year. thanks for your comments mate

    looking wide man..real good work. i would say probably around 16%bf i don't think your much higher than that.

    There are many factors when it comes to BB. Training, Diet ,Supplements and Rest all are equally important.

    hmm you look to be about 210-220 if you're 5'9 you're thick for under 200.

    thanks for your comments guys. sassy, i hope to get to 210-220, with about 10% bodyfat before i am 25. i guess the reason i am lighter than i look, which has been the case since i was 16 (i was 160lbs @ 11% bf, yet looked around 180-190lbs) is due to small bones, ankles and wrists are narrow as hell.

    You said it your self...you know your weaknesses and strengths. Shoulders,delts and especially back are looking great!

    Work on the arms a bit bro (make it match your bodys looks) Lower the bf% by cutting after the cycle like you mentioned and then you should be looking veryy nicee but great work and results big man

    juiceboxxx, thankyou very much, i am working on everything, and ofcourse arms, just dont think im finding my groove with arm training, even after 9 years in the gym. i keep changing things around with arms every few months. they are improving, but not like i want them to be. same goes for legs, altho my calves have really improved over the last year.

    sensaispike, my arms, if i remember correctly were 16.5-17 inches flexed, no pump last time i measured them. i would like to get them realistically to 18 inches relaxed i think, although ive never really thought about it before, just want them 'big' lol. the only thing ive ever had a set number on is my neck, which i want to get up to atleast 20 inches. its around 18.5-19 inches right now, so not far to go. i have done ameteur wrestling (freestyle), submission fighting, bits of judo/jiujitsu but my passion lies with pro wrestling, and has done since i was 3 years old (awwwwwwwww). yes yes i know, its fake (even though ive had more injuries doing that than all the combat sports, rugby and working as a bouncer for almost 3 years) and can often be embarrasing to watch these days, but, if done right, like it used to be, it can be compelling and not quite so cringe-worthy

    Impressive back...If/when you get the bodyfat down it'll look crazy. I'd agree with you bout your strengths weakneses...weaknesses namely bi..mainly tri and forearms. You've got some big delts and a big back tho

    Great pics man. That is a great height:weight ratio you have. I am the same height and trust me when you get up higher in weight your wrestling could suffer. At 235 I will be sweating and tired just walking up stairs LMAO.

    Your back looks really great man, and everything looks in good symmetry but definitely your arms are your weak point. Not bad by any means but there is ALWAYS one thing that is worse and for you it happens to be arms, for me shoulders. Just keep doin what you are doing though and you will reach your goals.

    they dont look too bad in the first (relaxed) shot, and the last one (side chest), which is my current favourite pose lol. just realised i wrote my strengths as shoulders, back and delts lol. i meant shoulders, back and CHEST.

    guys seriously thankyou for all the kind words, its keeping me focused and looking forward to cutting

    pics look good, but need to concentrate more on the arms bro. I am the same hight and having lagging arms to everything else drove me crazy. For some reason on the 4th week they started catching up with the rest. Maybe doing one body part a day had something to do with it, but everyone's body responds differently to various routines.

    Very thick I agree with pretty much what everyone else has said about your strengths and weaknesses. Great job keep it up! As far as body fat and I'm no expert my guess would be around 16%

    i would agree with you tht back is a strong point. chest also looks pretty good. need to hit the arms hard, cause i think ur back overpowers thm. esp. in back double bi. wht's ur training split look like and wht does a typical bi and tri day look like for u? post it up and lets make thm grow!
