ok guys, some new pics taken today. none of the legs, as the sole reason i took these pics was for promotional work regarding my next wrestling match. plus, my wheels are lagging. improved greatly, but still nothing special. anywho, this is about 8 weeks into my bulking cycle, eating 5000kcals every day, so am holding alittle more fat and likely water than i would like. i have about 4 weeks left then i shall start cutting. i know, i got it the wrong way round, i should have cut FOR summer, not afterwards.
im 21 years old, 5'9, just under 200lbs right now. id estimate my bodyfat at 15-18%. any guesses at my bodyfat here would be much appreciated.
id say my strengths are shoulders, back and delts. my abs suck, but like i said, am alittle fat. my arms are pretty poor, especially forearms. all is being worked on ofcourse
